Even if you're experienced in working on your own car, a contract can offer additional benefits like access to certified technicians and specialized tools that may not be available to. It also helps maintain the vehicle’s warranty and can increase resale value. Overall, a service contract is a smart investment for any vehicle owner.

2. **What is the difference between a vehicle service contract and an extended warranty?** A service contract provides coverage for repairs and maintenance for a specific period, often including routine services. In contrast, an extended warranty primarily covers repairs for defects in materials or workmanship after the warranty expires. While both offer protection, service contracts typically include more comprehensive services beyond just repairs, such as regular maintenance.
